Diversity Is Strength
There are many benefits for gender diversity, and both ethnic and cultural diversity in the workplace continues to grow and strengthen.
The more diverse a company is, the more likely they are to outperform their competitors, who may be less diverse. In its simplest form, companies that place importance on gender diversity are more profitable than those that don’t.
There is a widening gap between winners and laggers, while overall progress in diversity balance in our industry has been slow, this is not the case with EES. We have embraced diversity; this is based on the speed of progress, and we see ourselves as leaders compared to companies in the equivalent cohort.
